Riso We are what we eat.
At first one could be sceptical whether to accept this statement, because
it is not so easy to blelieve that food can provoke such important
physical conditioning in our body.
The choice and consumption of food depends on the biological structure
of each person, ranging from their psychophysical condition, the
environment in which they live, the geographical and climatic region in
which they live, the time of year and individual activity therein.
One must not consider food intake just as a pleasure for the palate and
for the mind. It must rarher be a biological means to furnish us with
equilibrated nutrition for cell life and for the body's magnetic field,
through the energy absorbed in this way.
